Just want to drop a note to tell you again how awesomeour times were at the Winfield Inn! All the little touches mean somuch. And your constant attention and care are very much appreciated. The bride and groom had such a good time, and thatis because you and all the staff, and owners of the Inn are soprofessional, and truly caring about your clients.
All the food was awesome! We heard many compliments on everythingfrom the appetizers right down to the salad. Many folks like me reallyliked the salmon. It was the best we have ever had...it would be trulyspecial even without the Bernaise Sauce. Phil and I have been trying to eat more healthy for awhile, and usually salmon comes out dry, ortoo fishy. The salmon was spot on...I ate a lot of it! (laughing) I sharedthese thoughts with Tom at the reception, and he told me that Charlotteand Justin would get a cookbook of some of your recipes...I cannotwait to get my hands on that! You obviously have some very goodcooks and chefs.
So I have to ask, did they get a copy of the cookbook to go? We had such a good time on Sat. night and forgot some of the details.l
There is only so much anyone can take home....however we didget a chunk of the Wedding Cake, and wish I had scooped up allthe basketball cupcakes...they were awesome!
