November 8th Wedding

This couple was too cute… she’s a petite girl from California and he’s a true Aggie! And although it rained for the better part of the day, we were able to get everyone into the ballroom clean and dry. The bride walked with her mom and met her dad and groom at the end of the aisle, which was lined with pink petals.

Music for the ceremony was performed by Michael Gratovich. Beautiful as always!

We were so excited to see Carissa Hoopes and her husband Chris! And I took a sneak peek at the pictures… gorgeous! They know the property so well, so they are able to just have fun with it and catch each moment perfectly.

We always recommend Music 4 Life DJ’s, but I had never met Eric until tonight. He did an awesome job! He was very involved with the crowd and very personable!

Food was also very important to this couple, so they chose a wonderful menu and put their trust in Michelle’s Patisserie for dessert J
Appetizer/Cocktail Hour: A Seasonal Fruit Cascade, Assortment of gourmet cheeses
Baked Brie with Caramelized Apples
Hot Spinach, Artichoke, & 5 Cheese Spread
Bread: Bread Basket to include Sesame Toasts, Ciabatta Slices, & Baked Pita Chips
Main Course: Oak Grilled Ribeye with Roasted Tomato Pico
Chicken and Mushrooms with Dijon Brandy Cream
Summer Sage Sausage Balls with Fresh Apples
Oven Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic
Green Beans Almondine
Traditional Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Pear Slices & warm Vinaigrette

After the honeymoon the bride came back to pick up a few things that had been left and was all smiles… I have the best job in the world.

Congratulations you two!!!
