"I just have to say this to all of you at The Winfield Inn...you have ALL made this experience so wonderful for both Gerald and myself.  As you are well aware, there are many different vendors that we have to work with to bring all of this together as seemlessly as possible.  You, by far, have been the most professional, responsive, considerate, helpful and pleasant with each and every aspect of our planning process.  Never have I left a conversation feeling like you were frustrated by our questions...never have I been made to feel as though you don't have time for us, even when you are running around trying to take care of other weddings...never have I had second thoughts about our decision to have our wedding at The Winfield Inn.  In a world where customer service seems to be lost and/or forgotten, you guys continually show me that it's neither lost or forgotten by anyone there.  I am so happy we found you...and cannot wait for our day to arrive.  Thank you again, for showing us just how wonderful you are!"
