The Winfield Inn would like to introduce our interns for the spring of 2009!
Emily is Communications major at Texas State University and will be graduating in May. She is planning to continue with a career in sales or event planning. Emily says, “It is wonderful to work with so many diverse people and to help them make one of the most important days of their lives . It is a memorable experience.” She also says that she LOVES the food! “The food at the Winfield is so exceptional it makes restaurant food taste like microwave dinners, because they use the freshest ingredients. I don’t even bother going out to eat anymore!”
Tiffany is a Fashion Merchandising major at Texas State University and will also be graduating in May. She is learning more and more through this internship and hopes to continue with a career in event/wedding coordinating. Tiffany agrees with Emily when saying that one of her favorite things about The Winfield is the “FOOD, FOOD, and FOOD!” She loves The Winfield and says that, “it’s a beautiful place to have a wedding and the house is just beautiful!”
Both girls are a great addition to the team and we hope you will enjoy their company throughout the semester as much as we do!
